What We Do

Three pillars.
One firm.

Supporting organizations through execution, governance, and transformation—where it matters most.

01

Enterprise Program Leadership

Lead and stabilize complex, high-stakes initiatives across teams, systems and stakeholders.

We bring structure, accountability, and visibility to programs that are at risk of drifting; restoring momentum and ensuring delivery stays aligned to business priorities.

Execution requires clear ownership, disciplined oversight, and consistent visibility across the organization.

02

Risk, Governance & AI

Design and implement governance frameworks that align risk, compliance and AI-driven operations.

We create clarity, control, and defensible decision-making, so organizations can operate confidently in environments where AI is already in use.

Strong governance ensures risk is visible, owned, and managed, especially as AI becomes embedded in everyday operations.

03

Business Transformation

Align strategy, operations and execution to drive meaningful, measurable change.

We ensure transformation efforts translate into real outcomes that are embedded in how the organization operates.

Lasting transformation depends on execution that is structured, adopted and sustained over time.

"Transformation without direction is just disruption."

The DRC Approach

When to Bring Us In

Clients typically
come to us when:

If any of these sound familiar, let's have a conversation.

Start the Conversation
01

Critical initiatives are losing momentum or failing to deliver

02

AI adoption is outpacing governance

03

Leadership lacks clear visibility into execution

04

Risk is being discussed, but not operationalized

05

A high-stakes decision is approaching and the inputs, risks or implications aren't clearly understood

About the Founder

Leadership behind
the work.

Georgia Forbes has spent over 20 years leading complex programs where execution, risk and accountability directly shaped critical decisions and business outcomes. She is the Founder of Directed Revolutions Consulting and a seasoned executive with experience spanning large-scale transformation, cybersecurity, and risk programs within global financial institutions, including Goldman Sachs.

She has built and led enterprise-wide governance programs, established risk frameworks across hundreds of systems, and supported leadership teams in navigating high-stakes decisions under pressure.

Her work focuses on environments where execution has started to drift, risk is not fully understood or decisions are being made without complete visibility.

"Most of the work I do starts when something important is not working the way it should, and no one can clearly explain the full picture."

Directed Revolutions Consulting works alongside leadership to bring structure to execution, clarify risk, and support decisions with full context.

Who We Serve

Many industries.
Deep context.

Proven across industries where complexity, regulation and scale demand precision.

Primary Depth

Financial Services

The regulatory environment for financial institutions has never been more demanding. DRC brings deep familiarity with how banks, asset managers, fintechs, and insurers operate under scrutiny and what it takes to govern AI and risk programs at that level.

Technology & SaaS

Fast-moving technology organizations often build faster than they govern. DRC helps growth-stage and enterprise tech firms put the right structure around high-velocity programs before execution gaps become structural problems.

Healthcare & Life Sciences

Few industries carry higher stakes around data governance, regulatory compliance, and operational integrity. DRC supports healthcare and life sciences organizations in building the governance infrastructure that responsible AI adoption and complex transformation require.

Enterprise & Mid-Market

The challenges DRC addresses are not unique to any one sector. Wherever an organization is running programs that matter, navigating risk that is growing faster than its controls, or facing decisions that cannot afford ambiguity, the work is the same.
